Bookings are made easily online — just click the “Book” button at the top right of our website, choose your date, and select your tickets.
A maximum of 5 tickets can be booked per session.
If you can’t see availability for a session, it usually means it’s fully booked or reserved for a private function.
If fewer than 5 tickets are available, it means only limited spaces remain.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date, especially at weekends and during school holidays.

We don’t offer set discounts, but we do have a loyalty card that rewards our regular visitors or those purchasing multiple tickets.
How it works:
You’ll receive one stamp for each role play entry ticket purchased (per participating child).
Collect 4 stamps → enjoy a free regular hot drink.
Collect 8 stamps → receive a free play session.
👉 Example: If you buy 4 children’s tickets in a single visit, you’ll instantly earn a free hot drink.
This scheme is our way of saying thank you to the many families who love coming back to The Bambino Club Cafe time and again.
-
Outside food and decorations (such as balloons or cakes) are not permitted, except as part of our party packages when agreed prior. We have a yummy selection of food, snacks, pastries, hot and cold drinks available from our Café, for you to enjoy.
We completely understand that some children may have specific dietary requirements. While we encourage families to enjoy food and drinks from our café, you’re welcome to bring your own food if your little ones have strict dietary requirements. Water bottles and flasks are also absolutely fine to bring with you.
As a small independent children’s play café, we really rely on our food and drink sales to help keep The Bambino Club Café running. By supporting our café, you’re helping us continue providing a clean, safe, and fun space for all families.
-
Cleanliness is one of our top priorities at The Bambino Club Cafe — as parents ourselves, we know how important it is to provide a spotless, safe space for children to play.
Here’s how we maintain our standards:
We dedicate at least 30 minutes between sessions to cleaning and tidying, ready for the next group or party.
At the end of each day, we carry out a thorough clean.
On top of this, we schedule regular deep cleans to keep everything fresh and pristine.
If you ever spot something that doesn’t meet our usual standards, please let a team member know straight away — we’ll be grateful for your help in keeping The Bambino Club Café clean and welcoming.
